Stanly County Schools is proud to partner with Stanly Regional Medical Center to offer services to our students and their families. Currently there are two programs offered to our students, Passport for Fitness and ENERGIZE.
Passport to Fitness

Funded
by the Stanly Regional Medical Center Foundation and Duke Endowment, Passport to
Fitness is a health promotion program aimed at decreasing childhood obesity by
increasing activity levels and nutrition knowelfge. Each month, a special lesson
on nutrition or physical activity is delivered to K-5 classrooms in the Stanly
County Schools. Children are encouraged to participate in a variety of physical
activites and to make healthy food choices.
